Fauver said she enjoys working in a community college athletic department. "I like the people I work with, and I like being around students," said Fauver.

Fauver has varied responsibilities in the Athletic Department, including database management, clerical, and first-point-of-contact duties. She provides support for Athletic Director Frank Szymanski, Athletic Facilities Specialist Bill Faust, and the college's coaching staff. In addition, she helps manage the college calendar and plays a key role on the college Golf Committee, which directs the department's one major annual fund-raiser.

"Frankly, I don't know what we'd do without Becky," said Szymanski. "She's such an integral part of everything that we do."

Fauver graduated from Broadneck High School and earned a Paralegal Studies degree from Anne Arundel Community College. She is working toward a Business Management degree at the University of Maryland University College.

Fauver lives in Cordova with her husband, Chris, and their three children, Sarah, C.J. and Andrew.
