Bio

Trish Langley has served as an assistant fastpitch softball coach for an accumulative 5 years, specializing in the development of defensive infield/outfield skills from the physical aspect of the game: as well as focusing on the development of mental toughness through coaching trainings and project implementations in years past. As a collegiate athlete graduating in 2016 from Division 3 Centennial Conference institution Washington College, Langley was leveraged as a key player across the infield. Starting her career as a second string third baseman/third string catcher, making her way to a first string shortstop, and finishing off as first string second baseman. Throughout her career, Langley collected accolades such as 2014 Most Improved Player and 2016 All-Centennial Conference Second baseman, while serving as a leader on the team through DELTA at Washington College (Developing Ethical Leadership Through Athletics). Alongside head coach Kylie Nottingham, Langley contributed to her team’s competition in three centennial conference playoff tournaments, including their 2013 first-ever victory in the Centennial Conference playoff tournament and 2016 first-ever first place finish in regular season play. In 2016, Langley led her team in on-base percentage (.457) and hit-by-pitches (8) and was second in sacrifice bunts(5). Most recently, the 2013 Centennial Conference Championship team was honored in the Washington College Hall of Fame ceremony in 2018.

 

Currently, Langley holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Business Management and a minor in Hispanic Studies and is working towards her Series 7 and 63 FINRA certifications.
